In short

The announcement. The prophet Daniel, in the book of Daniel, announces that many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, some to everlasting life, others to everlasting shame.

What happened. This has not happened yet. In the book, this resurrection comes after the great distress and the deliverance of those written in the book.

What is still debated. some read this chapter as entirely fulfilled around the year 70, but no general resurrection took place at that date.

The text (World English Bible)

Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. Those who are wise will shine as the brightness of the expanse. Those who turn many to righteousness will shine as the stars forever and ever.

Dan 12:2-3
