What is reported

From November 2 to 6, 2026, the Israeli association Brit Olam is gathering in Jerusalem, at the Seven Arches hotel on the Mount of Olives, the first international congress of Noahides: non-Jews who follow the seven "laws of Noah," moral rules that Jewish tradition holds were given to all humanity. According to the organizers and a media outlet that relays them: a founding charter, a code of life in fourteen chapters and a prayer book; a first international rabbinic court, chaired by Rabbi Oury Cherki; six councils, one per continent; a visit to Shiloh, "where the Mishkan once stood," the tent of worship before the Temple, and a reception at the residence of Israel's president. Their page quotes Zechariah 2 (verse 11 in English Bibles): "Many nations shall join themselves to the LORD in that day," and adds "This day has come." According to Israel365 News, their manifesto also quotes Isaiah 56:7, "my house will be called a house of prayer for all peoples": a verse about the Temple, which in the same sentence speaks of "sacrifices" accepted "on my altar." The congress has not yet taken place: the above is an announced program. Most of the details come from the organizers or from a media outlet favorable to them.

Main objection (in French for now)

No sacrifice, no altar, no Temple project is on the program: a congress, a charter, councils, a court.

The text (World English Bible)

“Forces from him will profane the sanctuary, even the fortress, and will take away the continual burnt offering. Then they will set up the abomination that makes desolate.

Dan 11:31

“From the time that the continual burnt offering is taken away and the abomination that makes desolate set up, there will be one thousand two hundred ninety days.

Dan 12:11
